What the role looks like
- Part-time with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts
- Rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No call or overnight responsibilities
- Average 15–20 patient visits per day
- Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and create treatment plans
- Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain clinical and regulatory compliance
- Company-provided iPad with LTE

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification: Nurse Practitioners (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN); Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
