Overview
Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team providing consistent, expert inpatient care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining work/life balance and clinical autonomy.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
- Full-time hospitalist position; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off per month)
- Ability to create your own schedule
- No on-call responsibilities or office management duties
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies
- Collaborate with local obstetric providers, nursing, and hospital teams to ensure safe transitions of care
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Ohio medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
