Schedule and location
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
- One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)
- Opportunity to work across both clinic locations, collaborating with a diverse group of providers
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive salary range: $130,000–$165,000 (based on experience)

Core responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with behavioral health clinicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other complementary providers
- Emphasize preventive care and effective chronic disease management
- Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation
Who we’re looking for
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or eligible to obtain licensure
- Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred
- A commitment to patient-centered, integrative care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
