Location coverage and schedule
- Primary location: Parsons, Kansas.
- Additional facility opportunities nationwide: GA, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, WI.
- Full-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week.
- No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts.
- Typical daily volume: 18–25 visits.
- Company provides iPad with LTE for documentation.
Role and responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Director/Attending Physician for assigned skilled nursing facilities.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight, partnering with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care populations.
- Participate in care planning, quality initiatives, and coordination with facility staff.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
