We’re looking for a full-time advanced practice provider to join our Waterville team as the Lead Provider in a busy urgent care setting. This role is a great fit for an experienced NP or PA who loves hands-on patient care, enjoys mentoring colleagues, and wants to shape a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and teamwork.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.
- Serve as the clinical leader on site, coordinating care and supporting daily operations.
- Mentor and precept new graduate NPs/PAs and other clinical staff, helping them grow clinically and professionally.
- Promote evidence-based practice and uphold high clinical standards across the team.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and clinical protocols to maintain quality and safety.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program and national certification.
- Active Maine license or eligibility for Maine licensure; must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
- Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

- Hourly pay: $80.00–$85.00.
