- Additional states: Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Wisconsin
Position details
- Full-time with flexible scheduling
- Typical shifts: six-hour facility rounds beginning between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No on-call or overnight responsibilities
- Responsibilities: daily rounds, acute and chronic condition management, prescribe medications and treatment plans, coordinate with facility staff and families
- Documentation: streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE
- Clinical resources: UpToDate® access

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or equivalent)
- Preferred: experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care
