Location: South Haven, Michigan (additional facility opportunities in Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Iron River, Mt. Pleasant). Additional statewide opportunities in IL, NH, NC, OH, and WI.
Overview:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Work as part of a collaborative team to manage acute and chronic conditions in older adults.
Schedule and clinical duties:
- Full-time positions with flexible scheduling.
- Six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.).
- No call or overnight responsibilities.
- Daily rounds, assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions, medication and treatment plan prescribing.
- Efficient documentation using streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation.
Technology and clinical support:
- Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat.
- Access to UpToDate® for clinical guidance.
