What you’ll do
- Work full time with flexible scheduling - typical shifts are six hours, and rounds usually start between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.
- Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
- Benefit from no call and no overnight responsibilities.
- Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
- Access UpToDate® for point-of-care guidance.

Who we’re looking for
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
