We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. You’ll support patient care at several outpatient family medicine sites across Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. If you enjoy patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and managing chronic conditions — and like building long-term relationships with patients and families — this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
- Travel regularly to assigned family medicine clinics across the five counties.
- Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to coordinate each patient’s plan.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine
- Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license
- Certified or eligible for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C)
