We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. In this role you’ll deliver primary care across multiple outpatient sites serving Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
- Travel regularly between assigned family medicine clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.
- Work with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
- Certification or eligibility for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C).
