Full-time position in West Phoenix, AZ. Provide versatile, comprehensive primary care across multiple clinic locations as a floating Family Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered primary care: history, exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions common to family medicine.
- Perform assessments, order/interprete labs and imaging, and prescribe per scope (DEA required).
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity.
- Provide patient education, preventive care, and counseling.
- Adapt practice to different clinical settings and workflows as a float provider.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical policies and quality standards.
Minimum requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner focus.
- Active FNP certification.
- Current Arizona RN/APRN licensure and active DEA registration.
- Experience in family medicine or primary care.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying clinical environments.
