Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Weekly on-call rotation
Clinical responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Maintain a schedule with ~15-minute appointment slots
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Document and coordinate care using the practice EMR

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in family medicine or adult primary care
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
