What the role looks like
- Full-time schedule is 36-40 hours/week, typically four days with Thursdays off - no nights or weekends.
- Part-time options (2-3 days/week) are available for qualified candidates.
- Outpatient family medicine focus, with physician supervision and an emphasis on team-based care.
- No on-call, evening, or weekend responsibilities.
- Immediate opening with expedited onboarding.

What we’re looking for
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active Massachusetts NP or PA license, current DEA registration, and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
- Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Prior primary care experience is preferred, but recent graduates with excellent clinical training and confidence in patient management are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
