What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) - Las Vegas, NV position at AAS Healthcare Staffing?
We are recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care in Las Vegas, NV. You will have clinical autonomy while working alongside advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary team committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Focus areas include preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management, and population health initiatives delivered through value-based care models. Family Medicine physicians will see patients across the lifespan; Internal Medicine physicians will focus on adult and geriatric populations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $264,211 - $317,053 annually, plus bonus opportunities
- Quarterly Incentive Plan: up to 15% of quarterly earnings
- Long-term incentives: eligibility for Mosaic Health Profit Shares Program

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted Nevada medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current DEA registration and BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach
