Aaronson Rappaport is seeking an appellate associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in the New York Appellate Courts. The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills and be familiar with the appellate rules. In addition to drafting and arguing appeals, the position involves motion practice through all stages of litigation, and, in particular, in the defense of mass tort litigation. The candidate will also be involved in providing advice and guidance on complex legal issues to colleagues and clients.
The ideal candidate will have received a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted in NY with 2-5 years of experience in defense litigation.
Aaronson Rappaport provides a collegial work environment and competitive compensation package, including bonuses and generous employer health insurance contributions. Compensation range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
