Run wheel-lift and flatbed trucks on roadside calls, accident scenes, and recoveries
- Respond to emergency service requests and police-directed tows across the DC metro
- Load and secure vehicles right, every time, so nothing gets damaged in transit
- Be the calm, professional face of Henry's for motorists in a tough spot
- Keep clean records and stay tight with dispatch on every assignment
- Run basic diagnostics and keep your assigned truck inspection-ready
- Follow every DOT, traffic, and company safety standard without shortcuts
You're a Fit If You Have
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A valid DOT Medical Card (or the willingness to obtain one)
- TWIC Card and DCJS registration (or the willingness to get them)
- Tow or flatbed experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfort with both manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong customer service instincts and a professional attitude
- Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Basic mechanical know-how (a plus)
