Now Hiring: Dispatchers (Full-Time)
Aaron's Towing is hiring experienced dispatchers for two key positions. If you have towing industry experience and can handle a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Position 1: Heavy Duty Dispatcher (Day Shift)
Requirements:
- Experience in Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery dispatching REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty operations and equipment
- Ability to manage high-priority and emergency calls
Position 2: Light Duty Dispatcher (Evening Shift)
Requirements:
- Dispatch experience preferred (towing industry a plus)
- Ability to manage high call volume and coordinate drivers efficiently
Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism
- Dispatch drivers quickly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management
- Resolve customer issues and ensure service satisfaction
- Work closely with operations team to maintain efficiency
