Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services with enthusiasm.
  • Provide top-tier customer support by listening actively, understanding client needs, and offering effective solutions promptly.
  • Manage client accounts by updating information accurately through data entry and maintaining detailed records in our systems.
  • Assist customers with billing questions, cash handling procedures, and processing payments securely.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, troubleshoot problems, and guide clients through processes clearly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service strategies, and achieve collective goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products that meet customer needs.

  • Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English is required along with proficiency in additional languages to serve diverse client bases effectively.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment or customer support role is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy.
  • Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights for service improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
