We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate who delivers a white-glove client experience and serves as relationship manager for complex client and operational workflows to join our Carmel (Indianapolis) office. The ideal candidate brings prior experience from an RIA, multi-family office, or single family office and understands the importance of precision, discretion, proactive communication, and collaboration. This role is a full-time in-office position.

This role assumes responsibility for supporting the Advisors, Investment Team, and Director of Client Service in account administration, client servicing, cash management, and operational consulting projects.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Client Experience and Relationship Management: Own the end-to-end client experience as a trusted point of contact, delivering proactive, white-glove service and building long-term client and partner relationships.
- Operations, Accuracy, and Execution: Process day-to-day client administrative operations with a high standard for accuracy, urgency, and compliance, ensuring consistent execution and minimal rework.
- Client Onboarding and Account Administration: Lead complex client onboarding and account administration, coordinating across custodians, trust companies, transfer agents, and investment managers to execute asset movements, account actions, and ongoing servicing.
- Investments and Family Office Services: Support sophisticated investment and family office workflows, including liaising with investment and alternative managers, private equity, and custodians, in addition to navigating complex client liquidity events and distributions.
- Systems, Reporting, and Process Improvement: Leverage and improve firm systems and reporting to create scalable workflows, maintain clean data, and elevate firmwide best practices.
- Collaboration and Strategic Support: Join our Aaron Wealth family and work alongside experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client value, strategic initiatives, and organic business growth.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client service or a similar role within an RIA, multi-family office, or single family office.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Broad knowledge of mutual funds, investment managers, and brokerage account administrative procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Familiarity working with a CRM; Salesforce preferred.
- Self-starter with a high level of accuracy, organization, and motivation to expand their knowledge base.
- Excellent communication skills; empathetic, patient, and able to establish rapport with others.
- Demonstrated commitment to partnership, teamwork, and proactively addressing issues as they arise.
