We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and people-friendly Office Assistant to support our operations team and help keep our day-to-day business running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a team support role working closely with our transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, operations manager, agents, and leadership.
You’ll assist with administrative tasks, help keep projects organized and on track, and support basic marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, likes helping others, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in staying organized and dependable.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the team
Help organize files, documents, and internal systems
Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to support ongoing projects
Assist team members with day-to-day needs and coordination
Enter and update information in systems and spreadsheets
Communicate with team members, vendors, and occasionally clients
Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Assist with basic marketing tasks (social media posts, Canva graphics, etc.)
Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience
Strong computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Clear and professional communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Basic experience with social media platforms
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Experience supporting a team or multiple people
