What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Aaron's?
Aaron's is seeking responsible, motivated individuals to start your career with us as a Product Technician in our store in Seymour, IN. The Product Technician is the "front line" of our business and interacts with customers and other employees on a daily basis. You will be working both in the store and in the community delivering product to our customer's homes.
The PT position is also a great starting point in our company. We have current Sales Managers, Accounts Managers and have even had General Managers that started with us as a PT.
You must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening. You must be in good physical condition as lifting is a job requirement. Mechanical ability is a plus, as you can earn extra money by performing repairs on our furniture, appliances and electronics.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. You will earn paid sick and vacation time after three months as well as other great employee benefits such as discounted merchandise purchases, fully paid AFLAC accident policy and much more. You will be eligible to participate in a company-funded retirement plan at the beginning in 2027.
