About the Opportunity
We are launching a new real estate investment division focused on acquiring, developing, and operating self-storage facilities across high-growth markets in the United States.
The goal is to identify strong investment opportunities, acquire facilities or development sites, improve operations, and build a portfolio of high-performing storage assets.
You will work directly with the owner on market research, acquisitions, project management, and development strategy. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate investment and development.
As the portfolio grows, this role can expand into profit sharing, equity participation, or partner-level responsibility for managing and developing new facilities.

Responsibilities
- Research self-storage markets across the U.S. Identify acquisition opportunities and underperforming facilities Contact owners of facilities that may not be publicly listed for sale Analyze deals including revenue potential, land value, and development opportunities Assist with negotiating acquisitions and purchase agreements Coordinate due diligence, financing, and closing processes Project manage development or redevelopment of facilities Work with contractors, architects, and vendors Help oversee operational setup and property management systems Continuously identify new development opportunities and investment projects
Ideal Candidate Background
We are looking for someone who is analytical, ambitious, and capable of managing complex projects.
Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
- Real estate development Construction management Commercial real estate brokerage Investment analysis Civil engineering or architecture Real estate private equity
Qualifications
