Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a growing customer base through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom floor.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and displayed.
- Provide daily coaching, support, and guidance to the sales team to help them reach individual goals.
- Set up customer accounts accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused environment within the store.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of sales experience in a relevant field preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and service.
- Must possess a valid West Virginia driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
