Job Title: Business Development & Operations Manager – Portable Storage

Location: White Pine, Tennessee

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

We provide portable storage solutions for residential and commercial clients. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a results-driven professional to lead sales, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and maintain client relationships through outside sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and delivery of portable storage units.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members for optimal performance.
  • Maintain and manage CRM data, reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, operations, or account management (portable storage or related industries preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • CRM experience and comfort with data-driven reporting.
