We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused Residential Garage Door Technician to serve our east side territory. You'll be the face of Aaron Overhead Doors on every job -- arriving on time, diagnosing fast, repairing right, and knowing when a customer is better served with a new door. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and knows how to build trust with homeowners.
What You'll Do
Arrive on time to scheduled residential service calls across the east territory
Diagnose and repair garage door systems including springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers, and panels
Communicate clearly with homeowners about the scope of work and pricing before beginning repairs
Identify doors that are beyond cost-effective repair and present replacement options with confidence
Complete accurate job documentation and collect payment upon completion
Represent Aaron Overhead Doors professionally on every call -- appearance, attitude, and workmanship
What We're Looking For
Experience in garage door repair, general trades, or a mechanical/technical background
Strong communication skills -- you'll be in homeowners' garages every day
Self-motivated
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
Sales-minded -- comfortable presenting options and closing on the spot
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
