Aaron Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Fairport, NY
Pay: $29.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible)
Aaron Manor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Financial Service Manager to join our leadership team. This key position oversees the financial and administrative operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring accurate billing, accounts receivable management, resident trust accounting, and Medicaid processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cash receipting, deposits, and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and send monthly private pay and NAMI invoices
Oversee billing adjustments, payer changes, and collections processes
Coordinate Medicaid applications, recertifications, and pending documentation
Maintain accurate resident demographic and financial records in PCC
Manage resident trust accounts, reconciliations, and quarterly statements
Serve as liaison with families regarding financial responsibilities
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Participate in Utilization Review meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare billing, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility business office preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid, private pay billing, and accounts receivable processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer systems (PCC experience preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
