Job Description & Responsibilities
As an F & I Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our car buyers while doing business with integrity & honesty. Performing financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing, establishing and reaching monthly Finance & Insurance Manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, and other key benchmarks. Significantly, accessing the car buyers financing and payment options before presenting them with appropriate auto finance plans. Abide by federal, state & local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions. You will be assisting Sales Manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs. The role requires you to support automotive sales by building a relationship with customers, following sales processes, and upholding the highest ethical standards.

Requirements
- Highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Finance Manager at a Car Dealership
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a sales consultant at a Car Dealership
- Experience in desking is highly desired but not a requirement
- Must be able to provide references upon request
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- A valid CA driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
