I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I ran a pediatric home health company. That experience reinforced my passion for helping others and building a business that makes a real impact. I’m a graduate of Texas Christian University and an East Texas native. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf with friends and spending time staying connected with the local community. I’m actively involved as a member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce and care deeply about giving back through community service and local involvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
