We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our growing team. Position Summary
The Construction Laborer will assist our carpenters and construction crews with a variety of tasks involved in residential construction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the building trades while working on custom home projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials and tools.
- Help with site preparation, demolition, excavation, and cleanup.
- Assist carpenters with framing, siding, roofing, decking, and finish work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support project completion.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
