Job Description
As an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for monitoring sales and service internet and phone leads and providing client follow-up. The role requires a customer-service-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage incoming customer leads. The role is highly customer-centric, a comfort for making phone calls, texting, and sending emails to prospective clients on a regular schedule is needed.
Responsibilities
- Log all customer contacts and comments into the CRM tool and schedule follow up calls
- Confirm scheduled appointments
- Reschedule “no show” customer appointments
- Follow-up with sales and service departments to inquire about appointments and outcomes
- Purify and update customer’s changes in the database
- Contact customer base on current marketing incentives
- Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries)
- Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule sales appointments
- Notify necessary departments of appointments set
- Follow internet leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery/RO
- Forward any customer concerns to the correct department manager and follows up
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments off those calls
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of call center experience; dealership experience highly desired
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, bi-ligual a plus
- Excellent communicational, interpersonal, organizational skill
- Highly professional and dependable
