At Aardvark Studios, we design, build, and launch custom experiential marketing programs and mobile tours. No two projects are the same. One week we’re building a branded vehicle, the next we’re shipping assets cross-country. We move fast, solve real problems, and take pride in doing things right.
We’re looking for a Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground role supporting warehouse operations, materials coordination, shipping, deliveries, and facility upkeep. You’ll be critical in keeping projects moving on time and production teams fully supported.
This is not a corporate desk job. This is an active, hands-on operations role for someone who likes to move, solve problems, and get things done.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment.
- Drive company vans and box trucks (20’–26’), and custom promotional vehicles for pickups, deliveries, and project support.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming materials.
- Wrap pallets and prepare outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
- Support production teams with material prep, project staging, and final fit and finish.
- Assist with facility maintenance and general repairs and upkeep.
- Jump in where needed to help the team solve problems and keep projects moving
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, construction, fabrication, or production support
- Forklift experience (certification preferred, training available)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to obtain DOT Medical Card
- Comfortable driving box trucks and company vans; truck and trailer experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs
- Mechanically inclined, handy and resourceful
- Comfortable using basic software tools and apps
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- You take pride in clean, organized spaces
