Client Service Representative
Aardvark Animal Hospital – Downingtown, PA
Aardvark Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team. As an independently owned, Fear Free-focused veterinary hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional, proactive care while creating a positive experience for both pets and their families.

As a Client Service Representative, you are often the first person our clients meet when they arrive and the last person they see before they leave. Your professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail help shape the overall experience for both our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every client and patient
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with client communication via phone, email, and text
- Check patients in and out for appointments and procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist clients with prescription refill requests and general hospital information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support the veterinary team with administrative and client service needs as directed
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
- Compassion for patients and their families
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency
- Over 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Flexibility in hours to include daytime and evening shifts
- Previous veterinary, medical office, or customer service experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate if no vet med experience.
