About the Role:

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination for healthcare projects. This role works closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document healthcare business and functional requirements
Create user stories, use cases, and process flows
Translate healthcare workflows into system requirements
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Support UAT and stakeholder reviews
Maintain documentation in JIRA or Confluence

Skills & Qualifications:

1- 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile
Understanding of healthcare processes (claims, EHR, providers)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
