🔍 Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to work across enterprise-level applications, digital transformation initiatives, and data-driven systems. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business users, development teams, and system architects. The BSA is responsible for analyzing complex business processes, designing system solutions, documenting technical requirements, and supporting full lifecycle implementation.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Requirements & Systems Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, system requirements, and use cases.
• Conduct detailed analysis of system behavior, components, interfaces, integrations, and workflows.
• Maintain requirement documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and User Stories.

🔹 2. Systems Design & Technical Documentation

• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with system architecture.
• Document technical workflows, interface requirements, APIs, data mappings, and integration logic.
• Create detailed AS-IS and TO-BE system models to show system functionality and improvements.
• Support creation of sequence diagrams, ER diagrams, and system flow diagrams.

🔹 3. Application & System Support

• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
• Support enhancements and updates for enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom apps, etc.).
• Validate system changes to ensure alignment with business needs and process standards.
• Assist with configuration support for internal applications and tools.

🔹 4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a consultative partner between business stakeholders, developers, QA testers, and project managers.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning discussions, and solution design meetings.
• Ensure all stakeholders have clarity on requirements, timelines, and dependencies.
• Communicate project risks, issues, and recommendations clearly and proactively.

🔹 5. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Work with SQL or other tools to analyze datasets and support decision-making.
• Prepare data mapping documents for system integrations and ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with BI teams to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports.

🔹 6. Testing & Implementation

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, validating requirements, and documenting defects.
• Work with QA teams to ensure functional and system testing coverage.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and help manage change requests.
• Assist in training, documentation sharing, and user onboarding.

✅ Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

🧑 💻 Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, financial systems, HRIS, or custom apps).
• Strong hands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and IT system implementation.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL, Excel, or similar tools.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
• Knowledge of databases, ETL workflows, and data validation practices.

• Knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus.
