🧭 About the Role
Aaratech Inc is seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) to join our core delivery team supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for validating software quality, improving testing processes, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business and technical expectations. This position offers long-term growth and meaningful collaboration across our product and engineering teams.
🔍 Responsibilities
- Review and analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for completeness
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Document defects clearly and work closely with developers to track resolution
- Collaborate with BA, Development, UX, and PMO teams throughout the SDLC
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness activities
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and QA best practices
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and test management platforms to track work
✅ Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software testing or Quality Assurance
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test case creation, defect tracking, and test execution
- Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, or similar
- Basic understanding of SQL and API testing is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and documentation abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
