Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Worker is responsible for assembling and installing sub-assembly components on commercial HVAC products. Most of the work will be in traditional assembly line fashion while working as a team. This method allows duties to be completed safely and promptly in accordance with relevant codes and quality standards.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
An individual in this position must have the following minimum required qualifications. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities.
- 18 years or older
- Ability to regularly lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for 95% of work days
- Ability to pass a drug test/background test
Essential Job Functions:
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities that are expected of a Manufacturing Worker:
- Assemble and install sub-assembly components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications
- Read blueprints and order forms, and verify the parts required prior to assembly and/or installation
- Collect the necessary copper to prep before brazing
- Braze each copper piece to the unit as designed
- Gather correct wire layout for each unit
- Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy
- Test all wiring and verify every unit has correct parts
- Wipe down units in preparation to paint
- Send units to paint for final production
- Meet production and target quotas
- Lift 25-50 pounds, practicing safe lifting techniques
- Stand for 95% of work days
- Work cooperatively with others
- Maintain a satisfactory work attendance
- Rotate through multiple stations as directed
- Work a variable work schedule as assigned
- Work overtime as assigned
- Work in cold/hot/dusty/loud environment
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

While performing the duties of this job the employee will work in a manufacturing facility and regularly be exposed to:
- Humidity, loud noises, dirt
- Varying and extreme temperatures

- Forklift traffic
