Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Works with the primary conference or meeting business owner and primary meeting manager owner to execute on the following:
- Serve as the primary liaison for the program development and execution for all assigned conferences
- Schedule, organize, and lead meetings throughout the planning cycle
- Collect and manage detailed program content, including session descriptions and speaker information, and compile into comprehensive program documents
- Collaborate with website staff to ensure all program details are accurately and promptly posted to conference websites
- Review and edit all attendee communications related to conference programming
- Oversee signage production for all conferences, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Manage the development and content uploading for the mobile app used at conferences
- Collect PowerPoint presentations from all speakers and consolidate them into master presentation decks
- Create session navigation slides and templates for use during conferences
- Write facilitator scripts and session introductions to ensure consistency and professionalism across sessions
- Travel to conferences as needed to manage on-site programmatic execution
- Produce speaker tent cards and other supporting materials as required

Qualifications
Formal Education:

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
- 3-5 years experience with program and/or meeting management, particularly in a conference or large-scale event setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and familiarity with content management and mobile event platforms
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams
