- Support medication reminders and ensure safety protocols are followed within the home setting
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, observations, and client interactions to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or related settings is preferred but not mandatory; a genuine passion for caregiving is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients of all ages
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for client visits
- Knowledge of basic health monitoring techniques and safety procedures within a home environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus but not required; training can be provided
