This role will be responsible for managing schedules, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. You will work closely with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE/NRC stakeholders to keep our ambitious timelines on track.

This role will be responsible for managing schedules, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. You will work closely with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE/NRC stakeholders to keep our ambitious timelines on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project execution for Aalo-X at INL, ensuring DOE authorization milestones are met.
- Lead program coordination for Aalo-1 within the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial deployment.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to keep projects moving forward.
- Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.
- Track and report progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Ensure regulatory and technical milestones are met for both Aalo-X and Aalo-1 deployment.
- 5 years of program/project management experience in nuclear, energy, or advanced technology fields.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines.
- Experience working with DOE, NRC, or other regulatory bodies is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive urgency across teams.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
