Role Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and re-engaging inactive accounts. You'll build a pipeline through proactive outreach, identify customer needs, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through phone, email, networking, and other outreach efforts.
  • Re-engage inactive customer accounts by building relationships and identifying new opportunities to earn their business.
  • Grow existing customer relationships by identifying new opportunities and recommending products and solutions that add value.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing, and product information with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage opportunities from the initial conversation through order completion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and business development goals.

Qualifications

 

Required

  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and think critically.


Preferred

  • B2B sales or wholesale distribution experience.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Manufacturing or industrial market experience.
  • Business, Marketing, or related degree.
