Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain acceptable safety, quality, and productivity levels as assigned
- Operate various work centers as required with flexibility
- Accurately maintain daily production sheets and job clocking, including correct counts
- Learn and perform machine setups as needed
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and report scrap defects to the Leader or Supervisor
- Use hand tools as needed
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Interact positively with team members and leadership
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Environmental Requirements:
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment that may include noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment.
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses or steel-toed shoes when on the shop floor or near loading docks
