Available Schedules:

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Patient Plan of Care):
- Assisting patients with light household chores and laundry.
- Providing companion care and a safe environment.
- Offering timely medication reminders.
- Assisting with meal preparation and light nutrition tasks.
- Helping patients stay mobile and comfortable in their own homes.
Requirements:
- Valid New York State HHA or PCA Certificate (Required)
- Reliable transportation to the Brentwood/Suffolk County area
- Punctual, empathetic, and professional demeanor
