Position Summary
The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Snap-tite product lines within an assigned territory. This role develops and strengthens relationships with distributors, dealers, fire departments, and key decision-makers while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the success of the distributor sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals and increase product placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, fire departments, and key decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and support Distributor Sales Representatives to maximize performance and business growth.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide competitive insights to leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Deliver product training, coaching, and ongoing sales support to distributor partners.
- Represent Snap-tite professionally while providing exceptional customer service and solutions that exceed customer expectations.
