Overview
We are seeking ABR-certified, fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologists to join a growing regional team serving Florida’s East Coast. This role offers the opportunity to perform advanced breast imaging and biopsies while contributing to multidisciplinary cancer care and clinical innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive breast imaging (mammography, 3D tomosynthesis, ultrasound, MRI)
- Conduct image-guided procedures including stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsies, and iodine seed localizations
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with oncology and surgical teams for coordinated patient care
- Utilize Epic©, Philips PACS, and PowerScribe systems for documentation and reporting
- Engage in clinical research, quality improvement, and program development initiatives
Qualifications
- ABR-certified, fellowship-trained in Breast Imaging
- Demonstrated expertise in breast radiology and image-guided procedures
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $420,000 – $475,000
- Total compensation: $450,000 – $525,000 with incentives
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 – $50,000
- Quality-based bonuses tied to imaging volume and turnaround times
