Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure seamless repairs
• Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects, making necessary touch-ups
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete repairs efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role
• Knowledge of automotive paints, primers, and finishing techniques
• Ability to operate spray guns and other painting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching
• Good understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
