As a Field Service Technician, you are the global face of AAE North America and a trusted technical partner to our customers. This is more than a service role—it’s a front‑row seat to some of the most advanced automation systems in the world. Experience/Education Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years in a technical service environment.
- Mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems knowledge.
- Industrial machinery expertise.
- Diagnostic tool proficiency.
- Understanding of safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English (additional languages a plus).
- Up to 70% travel, often with short notice (within two days) both nationally and internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing national service assignments at customer sites.
- Gaining hands-on experience on the shop floor to fully understand our machines and systems.
- Training on new systems at both AAE locations (Helmond, Netherlands and Morrisville, NC)
- Installing and commissioning machines at customer locations worldwide.
- Performing maintenance and modifications on-site.
- Supporting the assembly and service teams when working at an AAE location.
