We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Supervisor to help lead our mitigation team and ensure all projects are completed efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. This role focuses on technician training, quality control, job costing, and oversight of equipment, warehouse, and consumables.Responsibilities• Train and coach field technicians on proper mitigation methods and company procedures (“Aaction Way”)• Perform quality assurance inspections on job sites• Ensure jobs are completed to IICRC standards and properly documented• Monitor job costing, labor, equipment usage, and profitability• Oversee warehouse organization, equipment maintenance, and inventory• Manage consumable usage to reduce waste and improve efficiencyQualifications• 3 years of mitigation experience; supervisory experience preferred• Strong knowledge of water, mold, and fire mitigation• IICRC WRT required, additional certifications a plus• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills• Valid driver’s licenseWhat We Offer• Competitive pay/Benefits• Growth and advancement opportunities• Training and certification supportJob Type: Full-time Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceOn-the-job trainingOpportunities for advancementPaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceWork Location: In person
