Vice Provost for Enrollment Management
The University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass Amherst), the land-grant, flagship university of the University of Massachusetts System, invites nominations, expressions of interest, and applications for the position of Vice Provost for Enrollment Management.
In close partnership with provost and senior vice chancellor for academic affairs Fouad Abd-El-Khalick, the new vice provost will build upon the university’s remarkable trajectory to distinguish itself as one of the world’s preeminent public universities. The new vice provost will champion a university strategic plan that has strong enrollment implications, thinking expansively about and acting collaboratively on UMass Amherst’s exciting enrollment opportunities.
A thriving, engaged, diverse institution, UMass Amherst has an annual enrollment of approximately 32,000 students including 23,900 undergraduates and over 7,800 graduate students across 12 schools and colleges including over 4000 international students. The university has approximately 1,900 faculty, nearly 4,900 staff, and over 313,000 alumni worldwide. A Research 1 institution, UMass Amherst generates over $282 million in sponsored research annually and has a campus operating budget of $1.7 billion.
