Location: Nationwide Travel Required (Full-Time Travel)

What You’ll Do
This is a dual-role position—you’ll lead the jobsite as Superintendent and oversee all quality control as the designated QCM.
As Superintendent:
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Supervise field personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite
- Enforce safety standards and best practices across all trades
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, and site logistics
- Oversee project closeout and documentation
As Quality Control Manager (QCM):
- Take full ownership of project quality and compliance
- Implement and manage the project Quality Control Plan
- Ensure all work meets contract requirements, specifications, and standards
- Perform inspections, testing coordination, and documentation
- Identify deficiencies and drive corrective actions
- Maintain current drawings, submittals, RFIs, and as-builts
- Act as liaison with owners, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare reports and communicate quality status to leadership
- Lead punch lists, final inspections, and project acceptance
What You Bring
- 10 years of construction experience as a Superintendent (required)
- Federal construction experience (required)
- Strong background in quality control, safety, and compliance
- Experience managing multiple projects and fast-paced job sites
- Proficiency in QCS/RMS, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to self-perform minor scopes of work
- OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain within the first year)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Quality Control Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license

Travel & Working Conditions
- Full-time travel required (project-based assignments nationwide)
- Work performed on active construction sites in varying conditions
- Must be able to walk, climb, crawl, kneel, and lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments
Additional Requirements
- Federal construction experience required
- Must be able to pass a background check
