What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Associate position at AACA Museum, Inc.?
Job Summary
We are seeking a part time Guest Services Associate to help as needed. The museum is open every day from 9AM - 5PM and shifts may vary from 4-8 hours. Paid training will be provided by the Guest Services Manager. Come work in a world class museum with a beautiful collection of vehicles and transportation history!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and ensure their initial museum experience is positive
- Assisting museum guests with the purchase of tickets and store merchandise as well as providing customer service
- Conduct sales and retail administrative duties to support the successful operation of the retail store
- Maintain knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) and policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security
- Help straighten the retail store.
- The employee is expected to maintain a satisfactory level of professionalism while performing their duties
- The employee is expected to take the appropriate initiatives necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of their position
